Conditions in PHPSUEXEC servers

There are four main conditions in phpsuexec servers:

a] Ownership must be of the user and not nobody.

b] Permissions for all the php files must be 644

c] htaccess should not contain any php config values.

d] Permissions for all web directories must be 755.
